OUR INSPIRATION
Rukmani Thrillax Water Adventure and Agropark, like all of our other ventures, is named “Rukmani” after our beloved family member Rukmani Sudhakar Paralkar. Sudhakar Marotisa Paralkar, our visionary leader, was initially into land trades and dealings. In 2012, he ventured into the construction space. Mr. Ratnesh, his son, established a company, Rukmani Builders, named after his mother, Rukmani Paralkar. Under Rukmani Builders, many successful residential projects were undertaken after the first grand residential project “Vrundavan Nagari”. The business expanded rapidly with multiple constructions in Washim, Ayodhya and many more places. Mr. Sudhakar also served as Ex-BJP district president and director of Hinglaj Nagri Sahkari Patsanstha Bank.
His hard-working attitude serves as an inspiration for us to strive for excellence. With his blessings, we welcome our visitors for this joyous experience.

Dr. Ratnesh Paralkar, who is a paediatrician by profession entered the legacy of his father and expanded Rukmani Builders from Washim to many more places across India including Ayodhya, Nagpur, Gulbarga etc.
Dr. Neha Ratnesh Paralkar is a gynaecologist by profession and is dedicated to creating Rukmani Farms which supports Thrillax Parks.
